These terms apply to anyone who visits the My Content Cafe website, enquires about our services, or enters into a working relationship with us.
Our Services
My Content Cafe provides digital marketing services including performance advertising, content production, brand design, and marketing consultancy. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of every engagement are defined in individual agreements or proposals shared before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All work created by My Content Cafe for a client becomes the client's property upon full and final payment. Work in progress remains the intellectual property of My Content Cafe until that point.
Our own brand assets including our name, logo, website content, and proprietary frameworks remain exclusively ours.
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays with us. We treat every client's business information, strategy, and data with complete confidentiality. We expect the same in return.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals and agreements. Work begins once the agreed advance is received. Delays in payment may result in paused deliverables - we'll always communicate before that happens.
Results & Guarantees
We are deeply committed to your growth. We bring strategy, experience, AI systems, and genuine effort to every engagement. However, marketing outcomes are influenced by multiple factors, including market conditions, product quality, and audience behaviour. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures or returns unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. But even written figures may change based on crucial, sudden market conditions or external factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
My Content Cafe will not be held liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or third-party platform decisions — including ad account restrictions or algorithm changes — that are outside our control or decisions taken by the client.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as per the terms of the individual agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
